How is your day going? Mine has been pretty good and in these times of ecomomic strains and the swine flu outbreak that is going aroiund...I will take pretty good and run with it.
My father just called and invited me to dinner at a place that makes and serves homemade dishes. Friends gave him and his Galpal a $50 gift certificate to this homey litttle restaurant, and they are gifting me with a free meal this evening. I am looking forward to getting my feed on for free. LOL
Enough about me. What is up in your corner of the world today? I hope you are having a pretty good day if not the greatest, and hanging in there if your day has been more of one where you are asking yourself why you ever got out of bed this morning.
It is now 17 days later since I first posted this. I only know this for sure thanks to a kind-hearted writer from another writing job board who answered my frantic email to her asking what day it was because I wrote for so many hours on this past Saturday that my brain "blanked" on what day it was! Has that ever happened to you when you spend long hours writing?
The weather in my part of the country (Indiana) is chilly, but I prefer it to the snow and cold of winter. What is the weather like where you are this evening?
Hi to the Boss Lady Too! I am too tired to check the original post to find out when it was posted and then add 17 to that.
Today has been frustrating because my computer was uncooperative and giving me fits all day. This is the price paid for being so tied to my computer for work and connecting with others I guess.
I am going to shut my computer off for the night before it goes bonkers on me again as I have had enough of that for one day.
Have a great one everybody!
P.S. Boss-I got the PM messages you sent me. I will get to work on those first thing in the morning.
